      Don't waste your time with this company

      Pros

      Limitless amount of overtime so you can make a decent salary by working at least 10 hours of overtime.

      Cons

      Most of the positions are being shipped "offshore" which is the Nice way to say outsourced to India. Benefits have been cut and there is absolutely no room for advancement.

      Pros

      Not much to write here. Some good people are sticking it out despite the pending layoffs. Pto and decent benefits may be why...

      Cons

      Offshore's pretty much every department. This crushes background screening accuracy, client services and overall turn around-times. Got rid of almost every good hardworking person who built the brand name. The florida office which built this company is now about the size of storage trailer. Pay extremely low for the industry. Total poor leadership across the board with no communication.
