Pros

Remote/work from home environment encouraged Paid time off policy is fair Employee health benefits are decent

Cons

Extremely poor management Matrix organizational structure which requires employees to have indirect reporting to multiple managers that only exacerbates the company dysfunction and lack of direction Lack of ethics or none at all - clients are ushered to the door if they don't want to migrate their business to the "upgraded" FADV platform that is anything but an "upgrade" Employees are discouraged from being client advocates and told clients issues aren't a priority but instead the companies integration efforts Bonus agreements aren't adhered to (signed off by employee and management but management doesn't pay out) Merit increases aren't provided even if you have above average employee appraisals Toxic negative work environment with no employee morale Disparity in role definition and responsibility Majority of US employee population and support is being offshored to India

Pros

If you want a paycheck but don't want to be help accountable, this would be a good place to work.

Cons

The senior folks don't seem to really care about anyone but themselves and their bonuses. The rank and file are disposable.
