Cronyism run rampant. Clueless executives letting clueless middle management delegate to sycophantic underlings. So much insecurity and defensiveness on the part of the managers, who refuse to listen to good ideas from the people doing the day-to-day work. A mere husk of what was once a great place to work. A soulless, empty suit of a company president.
