First Allied is really great at welcoming new employees and helping them to be successful in their new role. Being new to the organization, this was very important to me.

Cons

There are always things you wish were different, but I have not yet witnessed anything that I would comment as a real negative

Not stressfull, good quality of life

Cons

No ability to move up. Either you are in a management position and extremely overpaid, or extemely underpaid. Executives are constantly bringing in outside people for management roles and throwing lots of money at them thinking they will be able to solve the companies problems. After 2-3 years, it happens all over again.
