      Pros

      Great training and understanding of many departments. Exceptional service training

      Cons

      BM and ABM seem to constantly be hired from outside and never fit for the job- many existing employees are more qualified yet never promoted- too often the BM and ABM positions seem to get away with anything, while their employees do all the leg work, and they then take the credit(not all managers but too many)

      Pros

      Great people to work with. The breakfast pot-lucks were fun. For me it was just like being with family and that includes the regular customers.

      Cons

      There was a lot of pressure to cross-sell other bank products and services. There were goals to meet and time pressure to meet them.
