Pros
Enjoyed the environment of co-workers. If you are self motivated, there are new things to learn between departments. Short work days on Saturday.
Cons
The word "fully staffed" is not recognized. You could never used the excuse that there was not enough staff to be able to accomplish activities and goals. There is also a lack of security concern at the branch. Often times there was only 2 employees at the branch and when cash was needed there was no one in the lobby to notice anyone coming in the building. There was also more of a concern about locking up checking deposit slips and not bringing thousands of dollars to the outside ATM each week.
