Pros

Very Knowledgeable Team, a lot support from IT, Back Office and Banking Operation Support Team Members. Very professional, attentive, efficient and friendly staffs (F.C.). Plus very user friendly software programs, extensive policy and procedure libraries. Constant Video Trainings- great learning opportunity and to sharpen banking skills and growth. My colleagues are great, very supportive and fun to work with :)

Cons

Wish they offer Residential Loan Officer Position with base salary plus commission. I was hoping to move up to a loan officer position and stay with First Bank,
