      Pros

      There are a lot of great people who work for First Bank, and overall, management cares about developing and retaining top talent. I have had many opportunities to learn new things and meet new people, which have allowed me to grow and continually add value in my role.

      Cons

      The company culture is conservative and communication could be more transparent.
