First Bank reviews

I am still unclear about how our incentive works, but from what I can tell... the incentive pay from sales is not comparable to other banks. I have worked for other banks and have found much success in sales... generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in loans on a monthly basis... and I've always had access to resources that would state in plain English how much I would make from those sales. This is not the case at First Bank. I have searched and found ZERO resources on our incentive policy. I am a salesperson with no idea how I am paid for my sales.. Why so much secrecy around this? This is how bankers make a living. My peers have reported sending referrals to Financial Advisor partners and receiving a whopping $10 for referring over $1M. I wonder what the FA made on that sale. It is a slap in the face for employees who know better, which may be why I have zero coworkers with a background in banking.

Blame employees for customers maistakes and don’t give people warning and let people go for now reason terrible management. All women in the department and discriminatory towards male especially black males then hire a black male so you can’t sue them in a discriminatory lawsuit . It’s unfortunate glad I don’t work there no more!
