Pros

Allowed to work independently. Good benefits and knowledgeable peers. Working environment is good. Good working conditions

Cons

Very poor management. Very little coordination with each other on projects. Very little control of technology, resulting in longer project time, and missed goals.

Pros

They make sure you are trained really well before they let you do the job by yourself. They don't like gossip. Everyone very friendly. If you smoke, they allow you two smoke breaks as well as lunch. If you make an error, they will pull you into an office to discuss it rather than telling you at your desk, while the whole department listens. Good communication.

Cons

Ran out of work and expected to stay until your shift ended (most of the time for 2 hours).
