Pros

They make sure you are trained really well before they let you do the job by yourself. They don't like gossip. Everyone very friendly. If you smoke, they allow you two smoke breaks as well as lunch. If you make an error, they will pull you into an office to discuss it rather than telling you at your desk, while the whole department listens. Good communication.

Cons

Ran out of work and expected to stay until your shift ended (most of the time for 2 hours).

managment just seems to sit around and let everyone do all the work while they run around and socialize, play on their phones and computers. Worse management I've ever work with
