1. Flexible with schedule 2. Nice employees 3. Bank holidays - paid time off

Cons

*Small company and branches = doing a lot of jobs not listed under your title, stuck with tasks that you're not even suppose to be doing *Expects a lot from you for little pay *Everything is very outdated *HR department does not take much action when there is problem in the office (sexual harrassment, office conflicts are taken very lightly)
