Pros

When I wa a first hired it was obvious that they really cared about the clients and the workers and ensuring a great fit for both. They paid higher than most in home providers. They really valued the workers and showed appreciation. Flexibility with schedules.

Cons

Ever since the management change it has steered the company more about making a profit than ensuring quality care. They started seeking out more private pay clients and less Medicare and dropped a lot of them due to this pursuit. Leaving a lot of vulnerable people without care. I feel like the CEO taking charge has put a real sour spin to the once quality care priority.

Great for the right person.

Pros

Make your own schedule, plan around appts/events, friendly employees, one on one with patients, autonomy

Cons

A lot of charting, some days are longer and some days are shorter than a typical 8-5 day job. You don’t get to just clock out at 5 and be done.
