      Pros

      They are very friendly and genuinely care about investing in you and giving you a great internship experience. They schedule lunches with all the top executives throughout the internship and you work 2 days in a Cash America store to understand the pawn business.

      Cleaner the EZ pawn good deals on items

      Cons

      Some of the mangers were made managers just because they worked for the company for 15 years even though they have no idea how to be a manger. They let a customer threating myself another employee and our lives and let the customer come back in the building and still have them a loan. They didn't even recognize people who did the right thing and caught a assistant manger stealing a lot of jewelry
