      Pros

      I have a few friends left, but not many.

      Cons

      Senior management wants to blame everyone but themselves. They did not see the risks they were facing with the drop in the price of gold and everyone (but them) paid the price. Mexico was not their fault. Poor budgeting, not their fault. Continuous layoffs, not their fault. Brand new multi-million dollar conference center - their fault.

      Pros

      Fun to work for easy money. you get to help a lot of people and have fun while working.

      Cons

      Work and life balance. minimum man power and expected to cover all shifts / hours of operations for maximum. Depends on the value of the shop on the number of employees you can have.

      Pros

      The discounts and the customer interactions! The smile on customers face when you give them the money they needed to pay that light bill!

      Cons

      Management lacks in communication with the employee! Management does not really care if you are sick! If you call out the make you make it up during the week instead of using sick time by saying you're not allowed to have 3 days off in a week!
