      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow if you are willing to invest your time. Also opportunity to travel and relocate to new areas as open positions come up.

      Cons

      Retail seasons are sometimes busy but still a lot of fun. Hours around major projects and also be long but it is usually balanced with slow times.

      Product knowledge attainment. You get to truly learn value of products and cost. This job will open your eyes as a consumer and give you negotiation skills in the market place.

      The company doesn't offer much on your base pay and commissions rely heavily on your stores location and market. Your individual sales exp and skills can be affected by these factors.
