      Pros

      Good corporate culture. They live by their Core Values they espouse. Fair compensation for the work they expect. Work hard, be flexible and you will succeed.

      Cons

      Company going through changes to get back to their core business of Pawn. Right-sizing and shedding non-core products has put a lot of good people on the street.

      Great staff. Good hours. Commission plus base. Flexible hours. Reward system. You learn a lot about jewelry and general merchandise. Flexible hours. It's fun and interesting. Very easy to move up.

      Cons

      Rude customers may drain you. Depending on your location. They start you off with a little bit above minimum wage.

      Baby sitting Co workers and pitiful hourly wage. No home life at all. mandatory holiday hours working 12 days in a row.
