Great pay and frequent bonus incentive PRN

Great pay and bonus incentives, at the least for the PRN positions. A small bonus at the end of the year as well. Really flexible, you can pick up shifts whenever you want to. Also, if you want to adjust your schedule they do not give you a hard time, even if it is short notice. You can request to be paid on the same day, right after you are done with your shift. For me it workout great as I went to nursing school and took care of my kids. If you do full time shifts you can get benefits. I think it’s a great company. Staff is very friendly.
Cons
There are cancellations sometimes from the facilities, but they do their best to send you to another location whenever possible. The work at the facilities can be very hard at times as we get the heaviest assignments.
