      Follows the Federal Reserve holiday schedule.

      Cons

      Upper management still follows the "Good Ole Boy" system and unless you are male or are part of the family owned business you don't get far. The Human Resources department is a joke and the most useless group of people. A lot of management personnel have the mentality of high school cliques.
