      Pros

      Excellent perks, pay is good, very generous.

      Cons

      No support, sadly many customers are extremely aggressive over the phone. Put up with a lot of verbal abuse . Aggressive foul mouth customers are always right, management can be cold and indifferent. You need thick skin to work here. Lacks compassion kindness understanding and listening to the needs of the employee.

      This company is very caring and is a family owned bank. Very caring and employees always come first :)

      I wish FCB gave the tellers more credit for meeting their sales and referrals.
