      Pros

      Great benefits. Colleagues are kind and managers are supportive. A good place to have a stable job (but not very welcoming to advancement)

      Cons

      This is a very conservative bank. Very resistant to change and thus are probably five years behind on the necessary technology for the industry. Not a lot of opportunity for career advancement.

      Within the next 2 years none will be left. So not worthwhile mentioning anything.

      Cons

      New CIO from Progress Energy is only employing people from Progress Energy. 90% of IT management has been replaced with people from there. Close to 250 years of combined intellectual financial capital has been replaced with individuals with zero financial industry experience. On top of that they came from a place where they made the ship sink.
