Pros

The pay and vacation was nice, but not worth it your mental health.

Cons

Everything but items above, from the start the training is horrible. I was train by someone who had been there for well over 20 year yet had no idea how to use their technology that was terribly outdated. My whole first day I was on the phone with support services just to sign in to the many different programs you have to use because God forbid they have something that links everything together. If your applying for an SSRIII just don't youll just be winging it everyday because noone will train you because they are winging it aswell. If you are able to complete a task on platform side ( banking side ) youll have dont it completely wrong and have to fix it about 3 times before its correct and most likely have been on the phone with support. Also in this position youll just do all the work that the teller side and banking side doesn't want to do which includes getting all the difficult customers thrown at you while the managers hide.

Pros

There really are some nice people out there who appreciate having younger people come in to work for them. It's good experience and pays well for the work.

Cons

Although they tell you over and over in the internship to ask as many questions as you need, I very quickly realized that that's not the case, at least at some of the locations I was sent to work at. Asking simple questions only a few days after completing training (the sort of questions you would want to make sure your workers knew for sure) would result in managers acting like you were stupid for not immediately comprehending systems they had worked on for 10+ years. The staff can be harder to deal with than the customers are at times.
