      Great PTO, great pay and ability to work from home

      Cons

      First Citizens Bank wants robots to work for them, follow the script, let customers abuse you and do it with a smile. They don’t care if the calls or customers affect their rep’s mental health. Turnover is extremely high and management does not care. I’ve currently filed a complaint on them with my state’s Equal Rights Division.

      Pros

      First Citizens is growing exponentially and is providing dynamic opportunities for its employees and customers. There are so many ways that you can contribute and, as a result, expand your career. Their focus on customer service is exemplary and their attention to detail is beyond reproach. I may not work there anymore, but I certainly have left my money there.

      Cons

      While I loved being part of the First Citizen’s team, the caustic environment created by the most senior leader of IT is not for me. I am interested in doing what is best for the company and our customers, not what makes an individual executive look good. When you get right down to it, there is a single goal in IT and everyone fears pnot accomplishing it…
