Talk about employees being their best asset but actions do not reflect this

Pros

Good PTO, not high pressure as some other places.

Cons

Raises are low and no additional incentives like bonuses or stock plan. Senior positions seem to only go to outside folks, little internal promotions.

Pros

I really enjoy the people I work with, the pay structure is higher than Wells Fargo, BB&T. The branches are not open on Saturdays which is nice.

Cons

Micromanagement, lack of care for the employees, senior management’s lack of information delivery to branch staff. Senior management does not motivate us, they just tell us to “do more”, make more calls”…while they sit in their office and send weather alerts and motivational quotes to everyone.
