Micromanagement Too many bosses Too much internal competition No bonuses No incentives for tellers Very low pay for tellers Constant badgering to exceed goals that will only benefit top upper management Too many tasks for one person to be able to do a quality job Consistently understaffed Can’t retain decent employees Favoritism is rampant and being part of the “Good Ole Boys Club” is a requirement to get ahead
