Pros

Very family oriented. Flexible for time off and great benefits

Cons

The pay is not that great in comparison to the work load and other banks and they work some with an extremely large work load and let others get away with doing nothing.

Office politics- “Too many chiefs, and not enough Indians”. No streamlined process for originating mortgages.
