The small town culture and availability of upper management are extraordinary.
Cons
The company takes care of people they value, but treats everyone else as though they are insignificant. The benefits are terrible and none of the salaries are competitive.
The people you work with are great. There is a great atmosphere of community and people are always willing to help. Management is always available, and communication with supervisors is very open.
Cons
Training is almost non-existent. There is too little structure in pay scale and no clear path for advancement. It is very hard to know what is necesary to get ahead and get promoted.
