Where do I start. A long time ago this was a company to be proud of. Great people solid culture. Then something happened (lakers and covid) and we saw how weak senior management really was. They let everyone down an 25 employees paid for it by getting laid off with no explanation to anyone. Good people who made a difference with employees just let go and senior leadership who has no clue as to how to run a CU left with their bonuses and employees now having to do their job and 2 others because they are so under staffed. HR is not there for employees, HR is there to cover the faults and mistakes of the company and protect company not employee. Trust no one there. The moment you give feedback that is not praising senior management or management period you are looked at negatively. Too much politics. They forgot the meaning of what a CU is. They lost their way. Stay away from here unless you like to be over worked and not valued. Dissapointing.
