      Pros

      Room to grow, PTO, most branches have a good culture, local operations so you can move out of retail if you want.

      Cons

      In some areas, managers are not held accountable for their actions.

      Pros

      Small town bank means you know your customers. Lots of paid holidays.

      Cons

      Administration is rarely on the same page with each other. Favoritism Regional manager lacks basic knowledge of hiring her staff. Sexual harassment is not taken seriously, as well as work place bullying. Only making roughly a dollar more than staff and being the “right hand” to the branch manager is NOT enough pay, especially when the branch manager doesn’t do anything except for take personal calls all day on his cell phone.
