      Pros

      Small town bank means you know your customers. Lots of paid holidays.

      Cons

      Administration is rarely on the same page with each other. Favoritism Regional manager lacks basic knowledge of hiring her staff. Sexual harassment is not taken seriously, as well as work place bullying. Only making roughly a dollar more than staff and being the “right hand” to the branch manager is NOT enough pay, especially when the branch manager doesn’t do anything except for take personal calls all day on his cell phone.

      Pros

      Hours are good, the pace is decent depending on your team, and you get bonuses like Christmas ham and at least 1 week vacation time for a year of working.

      Cons

      Overwhelmingly bad management. No amount of talking to "HR" will help. Play favorites, completely disconnected from teller lines. Upper management is even worse.
