      Cons

      They work you like crazy and claim to pay you market value but when you leave you realize it’s no where close to market value. Profit sharing isn’t worth the minimal raises and low ceiling.

      Strong financial institution with a clear vision of where they are going. Great ESOP and profit sharing programs. Employees are like family. Very active in community.

      Cons

      Traditional, conservative values to the extent they stifle innovation and progress. Severely antiquated digital banking options that continuously suffer outages. Tends to be very cliquish in management.
