      Pros

      It was busy, so there was plenty of opportunity to learn new skills.

      Cons

      The pay was lower than expected. Drama in the department was a constant source of headache. It’s an entry level job - so there’s very little freedom or flexibility if any. HR was difficult to work with when looking for opportunity to move up in the company.
