      Not a lot of opportunity for advancement into management because there isn't much turnover in management in the Abilene bank.

      Pros

      First Financial has a wonderful, close knit community! I enjoyed my time at my location. They like to hire from within.

      Cons

      One of the downsides to First Financial is that they do not pay as well as other banks in the area. I believe that typical pay there ( in the Abilene area) is 12-13 hr.
