Very talented group of individuals that work for the company. You can get exposure to banking when you apply at an entry level position. There are lots of lines of business this bank offers so you have lots of options when it comes to your career path.
Cons
Work/life balance was skewed. Many long hours and at times. Be prepared to make sacrifices. For those that are able to stick it out and have a college education, you'll be satisfied with the results. It generally takes about 2-3 years to move up so make sure you're mentally prepared to give up 2-3 years of your life for this bank.
