Worst Bank in Hawaii

Pros

A lot of benefit options. Federal holidays.

Cons

All benefits have premiums. Low salary for the workload. They have antiquated systems and procedures. It's like working in the 80s. Upper management has no idea what they are doing but blames employees for poor performance. No room for growth. Corrupt business ethics.
