Pros

People are super nice, it's very easy to connect with them. Pace of work is "chill". I have never felt pressured. Managers care about you, really! Expectations are low.

Cons

- While many of the employees are smart and managers seem passionate about the company, most people in IT department lack competence. This is not their fault. Unfortunately, the leadership cannot recognize competence and it is therefore not incentivized. - Technology here belongs to 1990s, maybe early 2000s. - Pay is seriously sub-par. If you are offered a position, negotiate!
