Pros

Occasional free food. Very festive during holidays.

Cons

First off, I was sort of deceived by HR about the job description as it seems like they were desperate for filling the position. A lot of brown nosing, talking behind co-workers backs, and dishing work off to others. Higher ups only make decisions based on what they see on the surface. Extremely low pay for expectations. Management doesn't seem too qualified.
