      Pros

      They care the most about their customers. They are not as strict as other banks. Somewhat organized. After working as Hawaii top 3 banks, this is my favorite of the . They were the mot warm out of the 3.

      Cons

      Pay is ridiculously low. No incentives for non-branch workers who work just as hard if not harder. Over capacity of work loads on the BankCard Team. Unrealistic expectations. Lots of nepotism. Older employees are locked in to much more lower pay while new employees start at a much higher rate.
