Good experience with kids and foster care Flex hours if you work overtime modern office space Keurig machine with limited amounts of keurig cups space heaters in your office Company van for visits

Cons

Lack of support Poor leadership No clinical guidance NO LCSW SUPERVISION in person Lots of favoritism and cliques DRAMA and attitude HR doesnt care about your complaints no continued training/ professional development Poor salary Advancement is super slow you need to be liked to move up very cliquey High turnover Dissatisfied foster parents you will be the middle man the department and the foster parents - no supervisory support lots of paperwork

There are too many cliqs and benefits are not suitable for families, also worst place for parking you will spend around 300+ a month
