Pros

The job offers the opportunity to work with a diverse population of children in foster care. In comparison to other private foster care agencies, the company tends to have higher starting salaries. There are also multiple offices in different cities.

Cons

During the multiple years I was there, staff often felt unsupported by management. Suggestions to improve office dynamics and to boost moral were often ignored or poorly implemented. Management was very demanding and at times careless with how they treated staff. Management did a poor job of holding foster parents accountable which diminished the quality of the pool.
