Cons
During the multiple years I was there, staff often felt unsupported by management. Suggestions to improve office dynamics and to boost moral were often ignored or poorly implemented. Management was very demanding and at times careless with how they treated staff. Management did a poor job of holding foster parents accountable which diminished the quality of the pool.
