Very Flexible, you really get to impact lives

Cons

There are too many cliqs and benefits are not suitable for families, also worst place for parking you will spend around 300+ a month

Salaried position Supervision was excellent Offered cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Cons

Not paid for all worked hours which leads to burn out Unrealistic expectations of staff Pay cuts as a result of clients lack of commitment
