Pros

Flexible schedule with decent hours (m-f, off by 7pm, alternating Saturdays until 1pm). Decent hourly pay and commission. Good benefits. Training.

Cons

Hourly pay not as high as needed for living in the Nashville area. Difficult to move up past FSR, so not a lot of room for growth.
