Pros

CEO Bryan Jordan is a tremendous and insightful leader. Chief Risk Officer and CRO emeritus are first class and you can learn a lot from them. The Finance team is brilliant. Taking initiative will go a long way in Credit & Financial Risk. Fraud team, Credit Policy Administration, and Legal work hard and smart and they have great leadership. Some of the people are the best in the business and they made my experience there truly fabulous. It’s easy to be a cheerleader for FHN. There are a lot of great things happening there.

Cons

The TD integration and aftermath took a toll on employees. A thriving and healthy work environment became dog-eat-dog in some areas. There is a fear culture in Compliance. Speaking up may result in elimination. Operational Risk is overworked and needs steadfast leadership.
