Cons

Regional company with limited opportunities since the sale of the mortgage company. Great place to work if you are going to be in Tennessee but limited opportunities elsewhere

Locations convenient to residential neighborhoods, benefits are inexpensive and more comprehensive than most other employers' group plans, opportunity for advancement and movement within the company is somewhat plentiful

Cons

Meeting sales goals during a recession is often difficult, and since a great deal of your compensation dependings on meeting those goals, sometimes the work can be frustrating.

Excellent benefits package for a part time position and full time packages were even better. Schedules were fair from a professional standard, and were very flexible.

Cons

Poor company ethics standard. Often times it was more about doing the thing that was profitable in the short run but negative in the long run.
