Pros
Hours available, can be a great place if you work for a great branch, Holidays off, small business feel due to small branches, usually able to find a branch close to home
Cons
Communication is not used in many of the branches As a roving teller, there were many things that were not conveyed to me and since I technically worked for Human Resources, I did not have an advocate and any issues that came up were almost impossible to defend since I barely knew my supervisor.
