Pros
This place is filled with experienced bankers who know how to take care of customers, coworkers, and the company. I have worked in community banking for 2 decades and can say with all sincerity that First Liberty stands out. I had planned on staying there until someone baked me a retirement cake, but another opportunity presented that I couldn't pass up. If not for that I'd still be there. I reflect fondly on my time there. It is truly a team atmosphere where everyone 's role is recognized as important.
Cons
I can think of no downsides.
