      Pros

      Some great employees and low level managers.

      Cons

      Unorganized. Questionable Practices. Not Well Scaled. Disconnects within the business and poor communication. Senior management is well removed from the line workers. Company is more concerned with the bottom line penny than it is with doing things effectively or treating its personnel well. Company is focused on growth but not on adapting its policies to accommodate that growth.

      didn't really have any cons. I only left because I had a really great opportunity elsewhere and couldn't turn it down.
