Good people, disorganized structure

Pros

-Amazing people, honestly, some of the best I have ever worked with. Almost everyone there is focused on working together to drive shared success.

Cons

-Their raid growth has outpaced their internal structure. HR is disorganized; interdepartmental communication is haphazard at best. Any information you hear from any corporate source must be double or triple-checked. -Pay is decent, but you can usually find better.
