Pros

Plenty of resources, able to fill positions right after staff leaves. Despite being a company that has stock, it seems to have a very family friendly, respectful and caring attitude toward staff. I think I can stay here and be happy in my current position for a good while.

Cons

Not sure if there is a career path here for me. Not sure what if anything I could do to get a 4 or 5 on the 5 point performance scale. Not a lot of input / feedback from my supervisor.
